Tim Fleming, co-founder of Midnight Minnie Films, is one of Ireland and UK’s most respected cinematographers.
A member of the Irish Society of Cinematographers (ISC), known for his lyrical imagery and atmospheric compositions, Tim’s work fuses naturalism with painterly light, bringing a tactile, emotional resonance to every frame.

Midnight Minnie Films was founded in 2014 with the production of Writer/Director/Producer Hannah Quinn’s debut short film My Bonnie. A multi award winning Short, it laid the foundation for the highly accomplished work that Hannah continues to build on.
Her work includes 3 x no.1 Netflix shows, Harlan Coben’s - The Stranger, Fate - The Winx Saga and Vikings:Valhalla for which she won the Best Drama Director award at the IFTA’s 2022. She was nominated for 3 more IFTA awards: Blood (2018), The Gone (2024) and most recently for The Boy That Never Was (2025).
As a former Assistant Director with an immense background and deep experience in the filmmaking process from indies to blockbusters, Hannah brings cinematic scope to television and an intuitive sense of character to genre storytelling.
